What type of payments does The Magickal Way accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and payments from PayPal. A pre-authorization will be put through to your card at the time your order is placed to ensure that the information you provide is valid and that you have funds available. Your bank may put a temporary hold on the funds at that time.
If your order is placed with a stolen credit card, we will work diligently with law enforcement to insure a prosecution. The Magickal Way, RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY ORDER THAT IS SUSPECTED TO BE FRAUDULENT.
Does The Magickal Way accept personal checks?
No, however, we accept; bank cards, check cards and debit cards that have a major credit card logo.
Does The Magickal Way accept cash or money orders for payments?
We do not accept cash, we strongly advise against sending cash by mail.
At this time, The Magickal Way does not accept money orders.
Can my order be faxed to The Magickal Way?
Yes, you may print the order form and fax it to us. Please then print your order and fax it to us at 1-480-664-1536. Your order will still be shipped within 3 days after we receive your information. All the questions on the order form MUST be completed for your order to be placed.
What is your returns policy?
We will accept a return within 7 days of the delivered date; this is based on the confirmation date from when the items are shipped. There is a 20% return fee and the buyer is also responsible for all shipping costs. Refunds will be returned in the original form of payment. If you need to return and item, please e-mail us at customercar@themagickalway.com and provide us with a brief reason for the return. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of herbs, oils, perfumes, bath items, CD’s, or any sealed items that have been opened.
If an item is unavailable, will it be backordered?
We try to keep our web site merchandise updated with only in stock items. There may be those rare situations were an item is out of stock and we have not been updated yet, if this is the case we will notify you first and ask you what you would like to do.
What shipping method do you use?
To keep our customers cost low, our primary method of shipment is through the United States Postal Services Priority Mail, although in rare instances we may use UPS Ground. Orders will not be shipped to PO Boxes or Motels/Hotels. When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation e-mail indicating what shipping method was used and a delivery confirmation number or tracking number for your package.
Is it possible to get overnight shipping?
No. If you need your package sent sooner than normal, please e-mail customercare@themagickalway.comto make these arrangements BEFORE you place your order.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Most orders ship out from our warehouse within 48 business hours (business hours are based off a Monday - Friday business week) of the date the order is received. Once your payment is received, your order will be shipped within 3 business days, we will the email your confirmation. Please allow an extra 3-5 business days for shipping, if your order is placed near a national holiday or a Sabbaths.
Will you ship to Military addresses?
Absolutely! We support our customer who are serving in the military and are in need of their supplies. Please be aware that we are not able to track packages shipped to military addresses through the United States Postal Service.
Do you sell wholesale?
No, we are only a retail store, but we try our best to bring you wholesale prices.
Do you have a mail order catalog?
Not at this time. Soon we will have an online catalog that you will be able to print. If you are looking for items that you do not see listed on the website, drop us an e-mail with a description of the item(s) you need and we will let you know if we can obtain them for you.
